Birth from 1900 census. Nellie is still in her father's home in the 1910 census.
In an interview with Ruby Barnes, she told me that Nell was married to 'Lewis Thompson'. In the 1920 census, Nellie is living in Nelson's home with her husband, Lewis and daughter Mary. In the 1930 census Lewis is listed as James L. Thompson.
