Had a farm in Knoxville. Had a big house on Laurel Ave., built apts on back and rented to UT students. Had money, but would still go through people's trash and stuff. Carried a basket in her car, would stop and pick wild greens, etc. (source: Ruby Hewgley Barnes)
She appears to be the Harriet D. in the 1900 census, born in 1896, as Ruby Barnes says that she was also known as Harriet Henrietta.
A Davis family photo that was in the belongings of Elba Hewgley Oliphant listed her name on the back as "(Dolly) Harriet Junetta Davis Fowler".
