There is a J.H. Hugley in EA Hugle's home in 1860; in the 1870 census there is a John Hugle living next door to William and two doors down from Sam. I am assuming that 'JH' and John are the same person.
In his home in the 1870 census is a Lizzy Hugle age 50 keeping house, and a 26 yo Martha who is 'out of employment'. Lizzie could be a nickname for Eliza, his mother, though the age is off by a few years, and the census lists her birthplace as Tenn (earlier censuses had shown PA)
