From Genealogical Abstracts From Reported Deaths The Louisville And Nashville Christian Advocate And The Nashville Christian Advocate 1852-1856: "ABRAHAM HEWLEY born Fairfax Co., Va., August 16, 1775; died Wilson Co., Tenn., May 27, 1856; moved to Wilson Co. in 1814 then to Davidson Co., Tenn. in 1818"
From The Wilson Co., Tn Deed Book Y, pages 38-39 dated Jan 15, 1850: "Abraham Huguely to my son John W. Huguely, 238 acres for the consideration of $500 paid by the said John W. to my son Lew H. Huguely and $500 paid to my son George W. Huguely and the heirs of my deceased son Alfred S. Huguely."
From Wilson Co. Deed Book, pages 128-129: "Abraham Huguely to my son John W. Huguely, four acres which I have had in my possession for about 20 years." Dated Jan 4, 1851.
