In 1850 Census (p.469), 68 yo Enoch is living in District 22 of Wilson county with family. Some of the family in the house may be grandchildren instead of children, given the advanced age of Enoch and Mary - the 1850 census does not show the relationship between individuals in a household.

In the 1860 census, there is an E. Hughley (age 80) household, with a "Polly" age 60. Polly is was a common nickname for Mary. It is not unusual for for there to be a couple of years descrepancy in ages from one census to the next, and a couple of children's names overlap, so I originally assumed this to be our Enoch. A major problem with this, though, is that Acklen has a cemetery record for a Mary Walker Hugley 1797-1853. This appears to be Enoch's Mary, which would mean she shouldn't be in the 1860 census (unless this record was transcribed incorrectly). There isn't another male Hugley/Hughley in the 1850 census with the first initial E of the same age range, nor does any appear in subsequent years (not surprising for the advanced age).
I'm going to still assume that E. Hughley is Enoch, and I'm making the following guesses for now:
1) The Polly in the household is too old to be a child from Enoch's marriage to Mary. Either this Polly is Mary and the transcription is in error, or he has remarried.
2) Tabitha, I'm guessing, is a daughter that had moved out of the home and has moved back in, or is another relative that has moved into the household with a daughter Mary. I am not entering either of these into the database this way, though, until there is further information.
Unfortunately the 1850 and 1860 census records don't show the relationship between the members of a household, so there is no way to know for sure. Perhaps further information down the line will clarify.
