[2045] Is mentioned in her sister Mary's 1938 historical sketch as Jane Brown. There is no record for a Jane in her father or mother's home in the census records. In the sketch, she mentions that Jane lives "across the creek from me". There is a Sarah J. Brown living in the same area of Dickson County in the 1930 census; perhaps this is her. If so, her birthdate would be abt 1861 based on the age in the census.
