[2] The deed of land between Bryan Fairfax and Abraham mentions his sons Charles and George. The other deeds we have mention the spouse, but this one does not. Perhaps Abraham's wife has already died. Witnessed by Jacob.

Abram's will talks of his two sons, Charles and George, his daughters Caty Titherex and Margaret Simmons, and stepson John Tobet and stepdaughter Hannah Tobet. Again, no mention of a wife. Jacob witnesses the will.
