In the Name of God Amen I Charles Huguley Sen. Of the County of Loudoun, State of Virginia, being weak in body, but sound and perfect mind and memory thanks be to God for the same, do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say) First: I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Huguley the place whereon we now dwell during the term of the Lease, and also all my property consisting of Negroes and Horses and Cattle and all of the household furniture and every other property belonging to me at present and maybe hereafter by will or deed or any other way that I may be entitled thereto, I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary Huguley during her life time, except two heifers heavy with calf, and six sheep, also a bed with all its furniture and bedstead I give and bequeath to my son George for ever, - and to have the aforesaid property at any time hereafter without any interruption or hinderance, and the balance of my whole estate I leave to my wife Mary Huguley as aforesaid during here life time, to manage and do with all the said estate and thinks proper without the Bar or hinderance of any person or persons and then after her death, or departure of the mortal life, all the estate then remaining shall be equally divided among my sons and daughter, and I appoint my three sons to be my executors, (namely) John, Job, and George, Huguley, of this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made, In witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand and seal this 7th day of March in the year of our Lord, one thousand seven hundred and ninety seven.

At a Court held for Loudoun County September 11, 1797
This will was proved by the oaths of Michael and James McCarty and ordered to be recorded and on the motion of John Huguley Job Huhhley and George Huguley the Executors therein named who made oath thereto and together with Michael Rooney and Peter Gulatt their securities entered into and acknowledged their BOND in the penalty of four thousand Dollars conditioned as the law directs, certificate is granted them for obtaining a probate thereof in Due form.
